Excellent service and a huge selection of colors. Innovative on a monthly basis. One complaint would the language barrier of some employees cause misunderstandings. Love the fact that they line the pedicure basins with plastic for each customer and they don't try to add up additional cost unlike QT nails.

I went to Elegant Nails yesterday and had an appointment and still waited 40 minutes, the lady got rude with me, and I left immediately because I had my little girl with me and I wasn't going to have her see anyone act like that. It was my first visit and I will NEVER GO BACK. GO TO MODERN NAILS!!! These ladies and gentlemen were wonderful, very welcoming, and the prices are GREAT! I got in and seated immediately. My nail tech was personable, super nice, super fast and proficient. My nails were a hot mess from the last place I went to. Now, they look so natural and pretty. I highly recommend. By the time I left, they were super busy but they were not rude nor were they rushing anyone.

Walked in early on NYE. The lady that greeted me was not very friendly. The nail tech glued her finger to mine. Took about 3-4 mins to get our fingers unglued! She cut me twice. She rounded my nails instead of square as I asked. The nails looked terrible and lasted a little over a week. Was going to get a pedicure but changed my mind. The only reason I have 3 stars is because the tech was very nice! Needless to say I have no plans to waste my money there again.

pedicure was good but my nail dip manicure is inexcusable First he did not soak and push back my cuticle just started putting on polish etc. I went home with my calloused thumb which has never happened anywhere I would not recommend this salon at all There are much better out there!!!! and I paid $60 for my pedicure and nail dip. Don't mind the cost if I get a good service. Just hope it lasts me two to three weeks.

Good place, love the lady on the front right side as u walk into the shop. Not sure of her name. But she does my nails a perfect length and shape. She also doesn't rush the customers to pick a color or style, and she's easy to understand, fluent and clear in english language which is a bonus especially with the masks required to wear and plexi glass they have up now!

I think I got a young new tech, she does an awful job. On the pedicure, the nails were filed crooked, the new set of acrylics, left glue and acrylic overage under the nails. Normally get Tammy, but I guess she was off
